Meeting Programs

Do you work for, or volunteer with, an organization that helps women and girls? Would your organization like to give a presentation to our club? Contact Maxine Levaren with a description of your organization and the best way to contact you.

Request Funds

Each year Soroptimist International of La Mesa distributes funds to non-profit organizations whose work improves the lives of women and girls. Only 501(c)3 organizations will be considered. For more information contact Maxine Levaren or download the Service Fund Requestform. Complete and mail your request to us.

Soroptimist Women's Opportunity Award

The Soroptimist Women's Opportunity Award (SWOA)is the signature project of Soroptimist International of the Americas. Read more about the SWOA on the "What We Do" page of this website or email Anne Dinapoli with your questions and contact information.

Soroptimist Violet Richardson Award

The Soroptimist Violet Richarson Award (SVRA) recognizes girls ages 14-17 who contribute to the community through volunteerism. To learn more, visit the "What We Do" page or email the SVRA chair person with your questions, name and the best way to reach you.

Soroptimist Ruby Award

Each year, Soroptimists honor women who improve the lives of women and girls through their professonial and volunteer activities. If you, or someone you know, would like to apply for this award, contact Kathy W. to request an application.
